Excellent customer support from Nespresso I bought this coffee maker as a gift for my wife. When it arrived from Amazon it didn’t work. It only produced hot water and no coffee. My wife called customer support at Nespresso. They were very pleasant and worked quite a while with her to make sure that she was operating it properly. In the end they decided it was defective and that they would send us a new one and that we should pack up the defective one and send it back in the same box that the new one was shipped in. Great choice for Nespresso Original, well made (EU), reliable, looks great. Great product. Maybe the best OriginalLine machine in the US right now. Works perfectly, it’s fairly small (fits snug against a wall, and the cable tugs in underneath).Took a few initial ‘cleaning’ cycles to pour consistently (first though there was air introduced in the lines), but not works 100% consistently and perfect. I like that it has separate express and water lines (the latter is great for tea).
