Word of caution, once you try this machine, all other cups of coffee will suck. While I’m no coffee expert, I consider myself a coffee aficionado. I drink my coffee black, no sugar. I like to actually taste the different notes in the coffee. My wife, likes it 75% milk, 25% coffee. It was hard to find a machine that would be easy to use and easy to clean while serving both of our different coffee needs. I must tell you, we absolutely love, love, love this machine.1. Milk is not hot enough Your latte will be warm. But definitely not hot. It’s a nice looking machine – small, so good for small spaces. The coffee and latte all work correctly but just not hot enough for what most latte drinkers are wanting and expecting. I am returning the machine.
Terrible design. The machine got delivered with a trapped air bubble in the tube, so it wouldn’t work. We looked on YouTube and tried to clear it for hours. The screws attaching the back to get inside the machine were some very unique ones (that I didn’t have). So we tried to use a plunging method in the water tank while pulling coffee, which finally worked after an hour or so.The machine itself is very cheap…all plastic.
