I am very disappointed in this machine I am very disappointed in this machine. I had high hopes but the machine started giving problems 30 days after I purchased it. The pressure is gone and very little coffee comes out. I have cleaned it but still no luck. I contacted Amazon and was told this is a sold by different vendor . Sorry about the plastic parts This is a good looking machine. It makes a decent espresso and froths the milk. The reason I am writing is to tell others who may be interested about the plastic parts. The company put plastic in the filter cup, under the filter cup, and replaced the frothing tube with a plastic tube. The water container is also plastic. I would not buy it again for this reason. Probably the cheapest Espresso maker that can actually make proper Espresso Purchased at Sams about a month ago, this exact model.This is my first espresso machine and I was attracted by the price.I was going to purchase a cheaper mr coffee unit but read that stream driven machines do not generate enough pressure to actually make espresso, this can generate the required 9 BAR Pressure (side note: “15 bar pump” apparently means it CAN generate 15 BAR, but only does it to make 9 BAR through the puck to make your delicious black liquid)…
