Best small coffeemaker to date! I have very limited counter space and need a coffeemaker with a small footprint. Unfortunately the choices are mainly between a 4 cup pot or a 10-12 cup pot. There are very few manufacturers offering coffemakers that brew 6-8 cups, and if they do, the price is high and/or the footprint is as big as the larger ones. This and a few other models offer 5 cups. Keep in mind that the stated cups are only 5 oz. cups, so a 5 cup coffeemaker yields about 3 real life cups of coffee. I have tried most of…
The Best Little Coffee Pot Around! I am thrilled with this little coffee maker. There are only two of us and one cup will usually do, but then we want another cup several hours later. In our bigger pot the coffee is horrible a few hours later. After sitting there for awhile it gets bitter and strong tasting with sludge at the botton. I got so tired of dumping over a half a pot of coffee with the larger machine, and trying to make less coffee in it just didn’t come out right.
