Water Holder Cracked first time we dropped it into the Slot leaks water No Return Available For something that is supposed to be durable, it is not. The water holder is plastic and the bottom cracked the first time we dropped it in the slot, water leaks from the bottom. The seller said it is not eligible for return.
So far so good. So I got tired of purchasing a cheap coffee maker every year. This one holds plenty of water, heats quick, and seems to work ok so far. Time will tell. I guess I have to rate it high to make myself feel good about paying so much for a coffee maker…
