Would had expected more from Kitchen Aid I bought this unit on Feb 15, 2015 based on the name, as Kitchen Aid had delivered in the past. Although nothing wrong with this coffee maker (brew great coffee), I believe the quality in their products had decreased a little. One thing I am very disappointed is the quality of the LED clock. When the coffee maker is on, the clock display tends to fade, making very hard to see the numbers, not sure if anyone else is having this “problem” although this does not affect functionality. This…
Great on the basics . . . . One flaw First, a note about KitchenAid. I brew alot of coffee. Over the years, I’ve had several coffee makers, and so far, I’ve found KitchenAid to make the best, most economical machines out there. It’s user-friendly, the carafe pours without leaving a mess, the pause & sneak a cup while brewing without leaving a dripping puddle on the burner, and the design (more later) make this a solid coffee maker.
Great Coffee Maker Highly recommended coffee maker. Very stylish design that matches our granite counter-tops and stainless appliances. The pot brews coffee very quickly and my favorite feature is the removable reservoir which easily allows me to fill water from my fridge’s exterior water dispenser. The pause and serve feature is nice as well. This coffee maker even allows you to change the warming time from the default 2 hours all the way to 4 hours in .5 hr increments.
