Little features which we really like: Rich, steamy hot coffee, keeps coffee warm, glass peek knob on top, pours well, easy clean, no plastic touches the coffee, looks good on the counter. We fix it up the night before and use a lamp timer to have it brewed upon waking! With our old single server model coffeemaker- we always poured hot water into our mugs to get them warm first before making a cup of coffee. No need for that now as this heats the mug up really well.
