Solid Design For grinding spices this unit increased my production rate dramatically. It is very well made of quality materials. Very simple to use and required no pre-processing.
WOW Got this unit from my mother. She bought it from amazon. My motor has already burned up and smoked also. You would think the motor for a “commercial” grinder would outlast the blades in the cups. For this much money I would expect something to last.
Epic Fail We bought this grinder at a retail store and worked great for a few weeks. The last time we tried to grind some more coffee with this grinder, the motor started to skip until it eventually stopped. We unplugged it right away because it started smoking and that’s all she wrote. This model needs a stonger motor and should have metal components on the grinder coupler.
