Good updates to features, but doesn’t handle sticky coffee beans very well Overall better than the older DeLonghi that I replaced with this newer model.Pros:* updated control panel with touch sensitive buttons* larger capacity water tank and beans hopper* quieter (than older model)* standby power saving modeCons:* dark roasted beans get stuck in hopper and don’t flow through to grinder without an occasional stirring
Fantastic! This is my second DeLonghi, the first went to my ex after 3 years of great service… The Elena was an upgrade, and I love it. I received it when family was visiting and my niece wanted a Flat White; it was so easy to make her one right out of the box. After that first weekend I was fine tuning programming Sunday night, looked at statistics, and we had made over 50 drinks for the 4 adults and 3 kids, with pics of each sent all over social media! STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY THIS. The grinder clogs and DeLonghi will do nothing about it. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
