This machine is horrible. From the first use This machine is horrible. From the first use, to the last; it overflowed and it jammed, constantly. We expected this coffee maker to be the best because I used to sell them at a high end provisions store and back then, it was well made and sturdy and in high demand. For this one, we kept the instructional booklet on the counter to refer to when inevitably the machine would fail. Extremely disappointed. I was a devoted Capresso user up until the day I received this machine. I did not purchase the machine from Amazon. I was offered this new Capresso Coffee Team Pro Therm when I contacted Capresso. It was offered at a reduced price as an out of warranty replacement for the Capresso Coffee Team TS that suddenly started leaking clear water all over the countertop. The Worst Two weeks in my Coffee Life I will start off by saying that I did not purchase this from Amazon. I would have, but my Breville YouBrew decided to break one Sunday morning before a forecasted blizzard, and there was no way I was going to be without a coffeemaker for more than a day. I purchased it at a local Chefs Central on the advise of a store employee who advised me against buying a Cuisinart which had been my plan.
